They Thought I Was Bluffing
I gave them chances. More than one.
I raised concerns professionally, in writing, through the proper channels - and I was ignored.
They assumed silence would follow. That I'd back down, walk away quietly, and let it go. They were wrong.
I wasn't just speaking up for myself. I was documenting, watching, and waiting. And now, when leadership hoped the story would disappear, it's doing the opposite.
I said I would go public.
I meant it.
