When silence Fails, the Truth Goes to Trial
I want to be clear: I am fully prepared to go to trial if necessary.
What began as a quiet, internal complaint was met with stonewalling, deflection, and eventual
retaliation. Despite multiple chances to resolve this professionally and privately, Venture Forthe chose silence over accountability.
I followed all the correct channels.
I gave them every opportunity.
And I went public not out of anger - but out of necessity.
What they may not have expected was that I would:
- Document everything
- Preserve every email, every chat, every contradiction
- Strategically expose the misconduct without fear
My story is no longer just a personal one - it's now a matter of public concern. ADA retaliation, FMLA interference, and constructive discharge are not just legal claims - they are lived experiences.
To anyone watching: this isn't a bluff.
I will go the distance.
If that means trial, then I'll see them there - with evidence, witnesses, and a growing digital record
that they helped create through their own inaction.
Because sometimes, the truth is worth more than a settlement.
